Practicing meditation offers great anti-aging benefits, there are many studies proven that increases telomeres length, reduces inflammation and stress. But in those studies, like this one participants meditate around 15 minutes only. Which is the time that takes trying to control thoughts and the most important benefits come from longer meditations.
I am talking about people manifesting in their reality a desired outcome built through meditation.
